Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At TedNTeddy, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is available in stock, we will exchange it.
  • If the product is unavailable, you will receive a coupon code of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

How to Request an Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must record a clear 360Β° unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must include:

  1. The shipping label clearly visible
  2. The unopened parcel from all sides
  3. The complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses
  4. Proper checking of the product, including its condition and functionality
  5. The damage or missing item clearly visible in the video

Once recorded, please email the video to: yoursted@gmail.com

Our team will review the issue carefully. If the video meets all the above requirements, your exchange request will be approved.

Exchange Process

  • After approval, if the product is in stock, we will process the exchange.
  • If the product is unavailable, a coupon code of the same amount will be shared with you.

For exchanges, our team will provide a return shipping label that must be attached to the parcel.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and unworn
  • The item is packed properly and safely, just as it was received

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the exchange request may be rejected.

Once the parcel is picked up and received by us, we will dispatch the replacement product.
